Honest condition findings
We describe what is actually present. If a watch is in good condition, we say so. If something warrants attention, we explain why — in plain terms, not technical shorthand.
Timing machine measurement
Regulation is not guesswork. We measure the movement before and after adjustment and share both sets of figures — so you can see the difference for yourself.
No obligation to proceed
An assessment costs you nothing. After we examine the watch and share our findings, the next step is entirely your decision — we do not follow up with reminders or reduce the scope to persuade you.
Pressure-tested seal work
Water resistance claims are validated with a pressure tester where the case allows. We do not replace seals and simply declare the watch water-resistant — that would be irresponsible.
Written service records
Comprehensive services include a written condition report. What was found, what was done, what parts were used — documented clearly and handed to you with the watch.
Bangkok climate awareness
Heat and humidity affect lubricants, seals, and timing drift differently here than in temperate climates. We account for this in our assessment intervals and lubrication choices.
Professional expertise
The workshop was founded by Thanakorn Pattanapong, who trained in Zurich and Osaka before returning to Bangkok. That background in both Swiss and Japanese movement repair is not incidental — it informs which tools are used, how lubricants are selected, and how escapement problems are diagnosed. No shortcuts are taken on unfamiliar calibres.

Technology and instrumentation
Repair work without measurement tools is largely estimation. We use a timing machine for all regulation work, a pressure tester for seal validation, and calibre-appropriate lubricants sourced from established Swiss and German watchmaking supply chains. The instruments inform the work rather than decorate it.

Client communication
We believe that a client should never have to wonder what is happening with their watch. Once an assessment is complete, findings are communicated clearly and promptly. If the service is in progress and something unexpected arises, we contact you before continuing. Nothing is done without a go-ahead.

Transparent pricing
Our service prices are listed on our Solutions page. There are no hidden charges for assessment, no add-on fees for condition reports, and no additional billing for parts within the standard scope of each service. If something beyond the standard scope is needed, we discuss it with you first.

Measurable outcomes
The result of a timing adjustment is not a feeling — it is a number. A movement that was losing 35 seconds per day should, after regulation, be running within ±10 seconds per day in multiple positions. We share both the pre-service and post-service figures so you have a clear picture of what the work achieved.

We document timing figures, pressure test results, and parts used. The record belongs to you and travels with the watch. Future workshops and insurers have reliable reference data.

Proportionate advice
A ฿3,000 watch and a ฿300,000 watch both deserve honest advice about what makes sense to spend. We do not recommend a full overhaul when a timing adjustment will do.
