Assessment first
Every piece is examined before any service begins. We share our findings with you and confirm the scope of work before we proceed.
Measured execution
Services are carried out methodically — instruments used where applicable, lubricants selected to the calibre, and findings recorded throughout.
Documentation returned
You receive the watch with a record of what was done. For comprehensive services, this includes timing figures and a written condition report.
Service 01
Precision Timing Adjustment
A focused service for watches that run a little fast or slow. We place the movement on the timing machine, take readings in multiple positions, fine-regulate the escapement, and share the before and after figures with you in plain terms. A sensible choice for an otherwise healthy watch that simply needs settling.

Suitable for
Watches that are otherwise in good order but running noticeably fast or slow. Mechanical and automatic movements. Does not involve disassembly of the movement — for that, see the Comprehensive Service.
Service 02
Water Resistance & Seal Care
Replacement of worn gaskets and seals across the crown, pushers, and case back, followed by pressure testing where the design allows. We inspect all contact points and advise honestly on what is worth doing for each particular watch and how it is worn. Discussed fully before we begin.
What is included
- Crown, pusher, and case back inspection
- Gasket and seal replacement where warranted
- Pressure testing (where case design permits)
- Honest assessment of what is and is not worth doing
- Service notes returned with the watch
Suitable for
Watches that see daily wear, occasional rain, or light water exposure. Particularly appropriate for Bangkok's climate, where humidity cycles degrade seals faster than in temperate regions. Not a substitute for a full overhaul if the movement itself is in poor condition.
Service 03
Comprehensive Service & Detailing
A thorough programme covering the movement, case, and bracelet. The movement is cleaned, lubricated, and carefully regulated. The case receives light refinishing where appropriate. A written condition report details findings and work carried out. Well suited to a respected timepiece returning to regular wear after a long rest.

- Full movement disassembly, cleaning, and lubrication
- Escapement regulation with timing machine verification
- Gasket and seal replacement
- Case and bracelet cleaning and light refinishing
- Written condition report with timing figures
- Pressure testing (where applicable)
Suitable for
Watches that have not been serviced in five or more years, pieces returning from storage, or watches with timing drift and worn lubricants. Most appropriate for mechanical and automatic movements of quality worth the investment.

Calibre-matched lubricants
Different parts of a movement require different viscosities. We use the correct oils for each contact point.
Instrument-based measurement
Timing work is always validated on the machine — not estimated by feel or hearing.

All watches in the workshop are individually labelled and tracked from intake to return.
