Siam Chronos is a watch repair and servicing workshop located at 132 Sathorn Road, Sathon, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. We accept work on a booking or walk-in basis and provide written condition assessments before any service commences. These terms apply to all visitors to our website and to all clients who entrust a timepiece to our care.

This website is provided for informational purposes. You may use it to learn about our services, read about our approach, and submit enquiries. You agree not to:

• —Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its hosting infrastructure
• —Submit false or misleading information through contact forms
• —Copy, redistribute, or commercially reproduce site content without written permission

We reserve the right to update, suspend, or withdraw access to the website at any time without notice.

Submitting an enquiry through our website or by telephone does not constitute a service agreement. A service only proceeds after:

• —Your watch has been inspected in person at the workshop
• —We have provided a written assessment and price
• —You have confirmed in writing or in person that you wish to proceed

Prices shown on our website are starting figures in Thai Baht and include VAT where applicable. A final price is confirmed only after inspection. Prices are subject to change without prior notice on the website, though any estimate we issue to you in writing is honoured for 30 days from the date of issue.

We handle every watch with the attention it merits. On intake, we record the condition of your piece, including visible wear, damage, and any non-original parts. We carry professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the value of the work we accept.

We take reasonable precautions against loss, theft, and damage while your watch is in our care. In the rare event of accidental damage attributable to our handling, we will discuss the matter openly with you and work toward a fair outcome. Our liability in any such case is limited to the assessed repair cost or the replacement cost of the affected component, and does not extend to the sentimental or speculative value of the piece.

We may decline to accept a watch if we assess that the risks of service outweigh the likely benefit, or if the piece requires specialist skills outside our current scope. We will say so plainly.

Once your watch is ready, we will notify you by the contact method you provided. We ask that watches be collected within 60 days of the completion notice. We will send a further reminder at 45 days.

Watches not collected within 90 days of the completion notice may, at our discretion, be subject to a storage fee of ฿150 per week thereafter. Watches left uncollected for more than 12 months, after documented attempts to contact the owner, may be disposed of in accordance with Thai property law, with any proceeds applied against outstanding fees.

Payment is due in full upon collection of your watch. We accept Thai Baht by cash and major bank cards. We do not accept payment by cryptocurrency. Receipts are provided on request.

In the event of a dispute over a charge, please raise it with us before or at the time of collection. We will consider all reasonable concerns. Watches will not be released until payment is settled.

We stand behind the work we carry out. If a fault attributable to our service arises within 90 days of collection, bring the watch back and we will assess and address it without additional charge. This applies only to the specific work performed and does not cover new faults, accidental damage, water ingress beyond the tested rating, or wear consistent with normal use.

We do not offer assurance on parts sourced and supplied by the client, or on work instructed by the client against our recommendation.

All text, photographs, and design elements on this website are the property of Siam Chronos or are used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from this site without our prior written consent. Brief quotation for the purpose of review or reference is permitted with attribution.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you in connection with the use of this website is limited to direct losses only and shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on information on our website that was accurate at time of publication but has since changed, for interruptions to website availability, or for the content of third-party sites linked from our pages.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically if you use our services regularly.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
